Engage education seminars

Hi does anyone know what the 6 1/2 hour seminars consist of with engage education? Just seem like a long time and I can't find a program guide anywhere?

I went to two of the mid-year seminars for Psychology and English Language in the holidays and I found them really helpful - generally they had a past student talk about their study tips for a little while and then a teacher went through everything in Unit 3 really extensively before quickly outlining the beginning of Unit 4. I imagine the end of year seminars would be about the same if that helps
