Do you mean the Pressures from the Internal Environment for change to occur? Yes, you would need to know all of the possible pressures. e.g. Management, Corporate Culture, Policies, Employees, etc.
In terms of knowing an Organisation, it's a bit of a dilemma for me too. On the last day of term, our Teacher just gave us a bunch of articles for Organisations relating to different Topics that we should read and familiarise ourselves with. He said that there was obviously other Organisations, but the list was a start. Happy to give you some if you want. Let me know, and I can post them up on here.

I think the best approach, is to find an Organisation or 2 and try relate each topic from the Study Design to it, and see whether it is possible to be able to relate to. e.g. Holden and the changes to the recent EBA, you can obviously link this to Employee Relations. Then consider whether Holden relates to other aspects of the Study Design.
