6. Are you planning to reside on-campus in 2014 and want to apply for an on-campus accommodation scholarship?

What do i put if me moving out depends on which uni/course i get into, for my first preference i wont need to move out but for my others i will.

Put Yes. If you don't end up applying for on-campus residences/moving out to go to a particular uni, you won't be eligible for their accommodation scholarships - so your first preference probably won't offer you one. You would want the chance to get offered accomodation scholarships from your other preferences though.
