Is a collective/certified agreement between employers and employees or between employers and unions?
Then what is the difference between enterprise bargaining agreement and collective agreements?

Collective Agreements is the final document that outlines wages and working conditions AFTER negotiations have taken place between an employer and trade unions.

An Enterprise Bargaining Agreement is one that is made after negotiations between an employer and employees/representative, whereas Collective Agreements take place between an employer and union.

Both are very similar though. :)
