To those students who've done their folio presentation/ interview for universities. Do you have any tips on how to approach the interview?

For example:
  • How to structure folio
  • Amount of work into folio
  • What contents to put into the folio

What are some ways we can make our folio presentable?
And how is the interview structured?
Do we have to prepare a speech?
