We think some of us have access to our ISP's cache's, so the site isn't up but we have access to an old copy of it (that is it appears that we're viewing the page as if it's online, when we're really only seeing an old, saved copy).

I.e. For us who have 'access' to it, pinging the ip just keeps timing out and it doesn't ping back.
