I don't know anything about Xavier except they have a cool looking red blazer but I can give my opinion on MHS
Pos - Very good environment, u will make lots of really close friends and just the atmosphere will encourage you to do well in ur studies. The school is a castle, Vce results aren't too bad, sporting facilities are pretty good I think, cadets if ur into it, we have a unicorn
Not so good - the teaching isn't exactly amazing, isn't not bad just not amazing, some of the "teachers" are pretty bad tho. Most of the school is pretty old aswell.
But my completely biased opinion :P recommends mhs.

Yeah.

If you have to pay it back if you move, don't bother. Your choice really (flip a coin?), MHS probably has more prestige (but less resources) but if you've been good enough to get a full scholarship there your academia isn't the problem. SACs probably scale up more at MHS if that matters?

Having said that I think the highest aggregate ever has come out of Xavier.
Spoiler
