Me too! did you only use that component of the mission? (I didn't weave anything about changing the environments etc)
It was only worth two marks so I dont think you had to talk about both components of their mission. But seeing as i had some extra time at the end, I did it anyway at the extra writing space.

hey guys, i know this is probably most likely 110% wrong,  but what's the chance of me getting a mark for writing those in the lowest ses have a greater levels of genetic pre disposition to cancers, cvd etc... as opposed to those in the highest ses. Preety far fetched but was just wondering. why i wouldnt use something like body weight still baffles me... argh ><

Oh, and I was going to get an exam paper but the supervisor said that our coordinator wanted all the exams to go straight to him first, and that I could get it off him.. I really want an exam paper so I might ask him tomorrow. If nobody uploads the exam by then, then I'll upload it tomorrow!

could you please upload it :)

Hey I'm sorry! I would but I didn't see my coordinator at school today and I won't see him again until Monday/Tuesday, and I don't even know if he'll have them then, but I'll definitely upload it by then if no one else has. Really sorry!

For the question about biological determinant, I said body weight, but didn't specifically state obesity. I said rural areas are more likely to have a higher body weight, with this being a risk factor for CVD. Do you think that'd be ok?

Yep, should be fine! Because you don't need to be obese to have body weight complications. As long as you mentioned high body weight or something along those lines :)

For the sustainability definition I did

"meeting the needs of today without reducing the capabilities of future generations to meet their own needs"
instead of
"meeting the needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs"

Does anyone know how strict they are on definitions?  :(

You'll be fine I think. They still pretty much mean the same thing I think :)

With the lowest SES question, I said body weight and said lowest SES are more likely to have a high body weight leading to CVD, greater mortality rates and lower LE, however I didn't directly specify obesity. Will I lose a mark do you think?

If you explained HOW it leads to CVD then you would have , but it doesn't matter if you didn't put obesity ,as body weight is a precursor to many conditions , like CVD as you mentioned. :)

For the UN global peace and security would you pay these 2?
1) Acting as a mediator to resolve conflicts that could resolve in eg. wars
2) As a result of war and conflict, people are often relocated where the UN provides temporary shelters and personnel to keep the area secure and bring people to peace with medical supplies provided in case of infections ie. bandages and antibiotics; this is done on a global scale.

I was really struggling for the second one..  :-[

Ok that wasn't how I worded it, rather an peaceful environment is created with the provision of necessary supplies by the UN
