Capital and Profit and Loss Summary General Ledger templates

Hi,
Can someone please tell me the Capital and Profit and Loss Summary General Ledger template?
Also, if the question contains the post adjusted figures for capital, do I subtract it with any contributions or..?

I've attached the Templates in a Word Document in this Post below. 

I put some little notes in Brackets so that you know the difference, but you don't need the stuff in Brackets when writing up the Ledger Accounts. Also, please take note of the two "OR" bits with the arrows, because you can only have a Net Profit or Loss - Not both.


Also, why do you want to subtract stuff from the Post-Adjusted Capital figure?
