Yeah, I didn't do anything with it. I simply left it out.

But it could be an expense over 3 years? Then there would still be some expense left over. It's unlikely to happen, but still possible. =/

they could have purchased the prepaid insurance on the last month in preparation for it to be incurred in the next period
