Yeah you do. For example the referendum section, all the express rights, structural protection such as 7 and 24, the high court cases such as brislan, sections about the states, the sections in the referendum you looked at in detail such as aboriginals.

You need to know quite a few because the question could ask about a specific section which you need to know. Also most answers require the section for example an answer wouldn't be complete about express rights for example and you don't mention which section freedom of religion comes from.
