At mcdonalds the officail corporate culture is like you'd expect staff to be treated fairly, no discrimination, no swearing, clean clothing

yet the real corporate culture is actually the opposite.

Dat example

I remember a question about real/official culture, screwed a lot of people up from what i remember :S

I've been waiting for this for bloody ages.
Do we have to know about corporate culture and employee expectations?
Employee expectations are very basic stuff. From the top of my head two are: timeliness and respectable customer service from employees.
As for CC, it's not too hard too.

Ofc both can be examined.
