It was quite long, and I finished just in time. I was very pleased with the ten marker, it could have been a lot worse than it was. Wasn't a huge fan of the Kotter question, was a bit confusing with the marking. Otherwise, it exceeded my expectations!

Exams was easy but I felt in parts like identification of corporate culture what you were identifying was very ambiguous in terms of right and wrong and the social and ethical question ... Due to me being a grammar nazi and overanalysing when it said desrcibe a social and ethical responsibly for each element in the operations system, I thought it was a trick as social and ethically responsibilities are two different things. So I only identified basically a social and ethical for each with no describing. Among those two I screwed up in some areas from being rushes and not finishing. When I first looked at it I thought it was easy 100% but I came out feeling about 60% so disappointed. Such an easy exam but some questions provided no insight as to how to approach it etc.
