Yes, I couldn't recommend putting the actual course you want to do as your #1 preference more, just for the off-chance you get a first or second round offer. If you don't get in, it's alright, you can organise the rest of your preferences accordingly.

If you really want to get into this course, leave it as your top 1 preference. You may just make it with SEAS and 1st or 2nd round offer (who knows?).
