In a really strong cohort at the top end, what would happen if, say, the third ranked person (in terms of SACs) bested the first two in the exam? Is it possible for all three students to obtain a 50?

Sometimes if you perform really well, you can overcome the ranking rules haha. Happened with a friend at my school; was ranked 7th in BusMan, got 50, because he got 100% for the exam.
