Double in Biomedical/Commerce or biomed/Engineering

What would be the earliest time frame to complete 2 years worth of the biomedical degree? (for both doubles)

And what sort of occupations are there that can use skills from both degrees? (for both doubles)

Commerce related:
-What are some careers that are quite top tiered and well paid (of course :) ) that aren't super-oober like investment banking?

Engineering related:
- If I did the double in biomed/eng would I be limited to only do biomedical engineering? Or can I diversify still, like into civil or mechanical?
- Are there such engineer based careers that do not involve a lab-like environment, but more like an office?
