Physio or biomed?

Hello,
I am unsrue as to what i should put higher on my preference list and i know it is up to my opinion but was just wondering what everyone thought.

I am interested in both pyhsio and biomed but by doing biomedical science at Monash if I didnt have the required GPA to receive entry into postgrad Medicine at Monash I cant see myself working in a lab or being a lab assistant as of such. I think med would be more interesting than physio however dont want to take a risk of biomed becuase if i dont get into med im not sure i can see myself in biomed career paths. Physio seems interesting enough as well as biomed however im not exactly sure if thats the definitive career path i want to take as med might interest me more. Salarly although not a big deal and shouldnt determine career path is also a question and physio earning potential <70k ? ..

Anyway just interested on some thougts and opinions:)

A bachelor of science will keep both paths open :)
2012-2014. BSc: Neuroscience. University of Melbourne.
2015-2018. Doctor of Optometry. University of Melbourne.

Unlikely to respond to any PMs these days.

At the same time, it's never too late to change course.

even if you dont get into med, you can do post grad physio, and the few years of biomedical science might help you narrow down your options you might discover you wanna do dentistry or something
physios can earn alot of money too, if you get to the point where you have your own physio clinic and you get fresh grads working for you working alot of clients, you can make a few hundred k a year, physios cost alot LOL

good luck with whatever you do

Last sentence says it all: Don't do Biomed. Only do Biomed if you can only see yourself in medical research and other health science professions. Do Science because at least it keeps more options open, and you can still get entry into Physio and Med.

Biomed confers no advantage over Science when you actually apply lol
