What qualities should a tutor have?

I'm not very good at explaining things but I'd love to help next years Biology students at school.

Being able to explain things clearly is actually an essential part of being a tutor as your job is to...surprise surprise, explain things to people (and of course, keep them on track with their studies and provide tips for study but those are secondary).

Communication skills are paramount. One on one communication skills. It's great to have public speaking skills, but they won't help you with tutoring. One on one is very different!

Best case scenario for me would probably be a 80-90/110 :/

But if VCAA generously gives me marks for some stupid mistakes I made, what would a 95/110 give me? :)

Also, just like to add -I think my GA1 was a low A+ and my GA2 was a mid A.

I believe I got about 78/110 on the exam. My GA1 was 75/100 and my GA2 was 88/100. Can I get at least a 35 or 36 study score with these marks?

That would equate to a B+ if it was last year's exam so I think you might get ~36 for this year's cohort.

(You may be able to tell I'm freaking out a tad for Monday), But could somebody estimate a rough study score for me if my GA1 & GA2 were both A+'s and my exam was an A or low A+?

Thanks in Advance,
Good luck for Monday fellow biologists :)
