got offer how to accept

So basically the title says it all so i'm at the monash register website trying to make an account however it says my detail is onvalid or hasnt been updated did this happen to anyone else?

Somewhere on the site it says that new undergrads of 2014 can't register til the 20/1/14. I can't remember where, but have a look around and you should find it :)
