Choose two stakeholders and explain the potential ethical conflict between them?

Is stakeholders and employees one?
 - Stakeholders want dividends
 - Employees want high pay

Yes. Less dividends for their share in the company will create tension between the two stakeholders indirectly.

Like anything.

Customers want a better product which will cost more, but shareholders don't want to run the risk of losing dividends.
Employees want a larger income but managers want to allocate funds to other areas.

etc.
