I find that the only time I'm not hungry in the morning is if I have a carb-heavy breakfast (eg a bagel) or protein-heavy breakfast (usually scrambled eggs).  My house is all about the lo-carb so I try to have eggs when I'm not required to go somewhere super early in the morning but it's annoying when you're on a tight schedule.  I have tried to just have fruit in the morning or yogurt and fruit and not only do I feel unfulfilled I also feel incredibly ill.  Fruit on its lonesome brings with it terrible nausea, unfortunately.

Atm I've been trying to have smoothies (similar to scribble's) with something else so that the fruit component is kind of helped by the fact that it is not just fruit alone.  For eg have some cheese or tofu (yup, I love tofu for breakfast) with it :D  This seems to be working better but I really wish I could convince my body fruit is friend, not foe.  Bananas tend to be more friendly than things like berries and apples and oranges are definitely satan for me.

Sometimes I feel it helps to prepare stuff in advance if you're short on time - I used to boil eggs the night before 9am classes and then store in the fridge so I could have them for breakfast the next day!  This worked well :D

simple smoothies take <5 minutes to prep/make/clean and are probably healthier than an up and go. they're also a bit less boring since you can make different ones every morning. if you want, you can even throw it in a bottle/jar and take it with you. I'll likely be doing that for my 9am lecture this semester.
another thing you can do if youre pressed for time is make overnight oats. combine oats, mashed banana, chia seeds and milk + fruit of your choice (eg. strawberries, peach mango) in a jar and throw it in the fridge. then in the morning just grab it and go.
speaking of jars, if you have later starts but still want to sleep in and have a kind of lunchy breakfast, its super easy to make salad in a jar the night before and take it with you as well. just throw the dressing at the bottom, then fill it with chunky, hard vegetables like carrot/tomato/cucumber, then protein (quinoa, chick peas, tofu) and leafy greens go right up the top so it stays far away from the wet dressing. if you use a large jar, you'll be able to shake it up to combine when youre ready and then just eat it right away. :) and storing salad in a jar is a lot better than in lunchbox because the height of the jar keeps the greens well separated from anything wet so they dont get all soggy and gross.

I've also recently discovered the wonders of dips or mashed vegetables on toast for breakfast.
A few nights a week at my place there's some sweet potato that gets cooked, so we cook a bit extra for the next few days. I get some of the sweet potato and mash it with some dukkah, tablespoon or so of tinned corn, capsicum and chopped spinach.

You can store the spread in the fridge for a few days and just use it on toast as you need it. It's a great way to add to your veggie intake too  :)

I find I don't really feel hungry in the morning when I get up as of late, so I usually have one bit of toast with the spread I make or mashed avocado and take a banana or some nuts and seeds to eat on the way to school

(or even in class, lol)

Scrambled or poached eggs with toast/sour dough with smashed avocado and salad is really quick to make, tasty and filling. Get 2-3 eggs on lowest heat (can optionally add a small bit of milk if you like them fluffy) frying pan and very lightly start the toast/bread toasting. While this is going get a few scoops of avocado into a bowl. Add a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil or Greek yoghurt and mix it up with a fork (re-use the fork for eating!). Once the eggs are 50% coagulated take them off the heat for a minute and gently move them around to cook in the heat of the pan. Put them back on for another minute or so until 80-90% coagulated than turn off heat and let them cook in the pan. Add scrambled eggs to the bread and put smashed avocado on top them add a handful of greens from those $2 salad mix or $3 baby spinach bags you get from the supermarket and you're done. Takes about 10 minutes to prepare.

If the eggs are 1-2 days fresh you can poach them instead in a pot (use teaspoon of vinegar to help the eggs coagulate).

Oatmeal is also a good alternative. There's a pretty popular recipe on the net for cold oatmeal using mason jars if you search it up. Lets you pre-prepare 2-3 good breakfasts for the week.

Lastly there are fruit smoothies if you are on the run (get a 'bullet' blender that is super easy to clean).

Pretty sure I can subtract 5 minutes away from my time on IRC/AtarNotes/Facebook throughout the day and dedicate it to getting a decent start to my day!
