Eat something high fibre and low GI - maybe opt for a higher-fibre content cereal that's wholegrain (e.g. All Bran) but be warned that it does taste like bark unless you add yummy toppings hahaha
I usually have cereal (Uncle Tobys Plus/Special K) with milk topped with banana and some linseeds (this keeps me going for a while) and tea
Oatmeal is nice too but not so good for the warmer days and it does require preparation (aint nobody got time for that on a uni day)! Eggs are obviously amazing but need preparation too!
I think bananas are awesome though! Try incorporating them into a part of your breakfast and see if it makes a difference
They also contain tryptophan (amino acid that has been found to boost mood and can prevent depression - learnt about it in psych haha) >.< Also, maybe you should incorporate a little more fat into your breakfast if you want to feel fuller for longer (that's why eggs & bacon keep you full) - maybe add a some almonds/pistachios/cashew nuts in your cereal or add some cheese or avocado to your toast?
