Always hungry in the morning~ What do you guys eat for brekkie?

Hey guys,

I tend to find that i'm always hungry in the morning. I tend to eat cereal, toast, porridge, whatever but it's rarely satisfying like Lunch or Dinner.

On the rare occasion that I go bacon and eggs I feel more energised to do my work too as well as being more 'full' than normally. But obviously, I can't have that everyday :(

So what do you guys eat?

I generally have two things and both fill me up:
Dense/grainy Sourdough toast with half an avocado and two boiled eggs.
Or
"Homemade mix" cereal (bran, oats, sultanas, nuts, wheat flakes, rice bubbles) with a banana on top.

Porridge, week bix, yoghurt, egg sandwich. Before I have an event or race I might eat muffins or pancakes

Honestly, I'm always hungry in the morning.
Well actually I'm hungry all the time.
For brekkie (when I do have it), I like to have half boiled eggs or a sandwich :)

I don't eat breakfast. I wish I could be bothered making a meal in the morning but the reality is I get out of bed, put on my clothes, brush my teeth and am out the door within 5-6 minutes to catch the bus late to school.

Well I live/eat a paleolithic lifestyle.

For breakfast I usually have scrambled eggs with chorizo and zucchini. It's really nice, you should try it. Plus, protein is SUPER filing.

Eat something high fibre and low GI - maybe opt for a higher-fibre content cereal that's wholegrain (e.g. All Bran) but be warned that it does taste like bark unless you add yummy toppings hahaha :P

I usually have cereal (Uncle Tobys Plus/Special K) with milk topped with banana and some linseeds (this keeps me going for a while) and tea :P

Oatmeal is nice too but not so good for the warmer days and it does require preparation (aint nobody got time for that on a uni day)! Eggs are obviously amazing but need preparation too! :P I think bananas are awesome though! Try incorporating them into a part of your breakfast and see if it makes a difference :D They also contain tryptophan (amino acid that has been found to boost mood and can prevent depression - learnt about it in psych haha) >.< Also, maybe you should  incorporate a little more fat into your breakfast if you want to feel fuller for longer (that's why eggs & bacon keep you full) - maybe add a some almonds/pistachios/cashew nuts in your cereal or add some cheese or avocado to your toast? :)

Seeing as it's still holidays for me, I skip breakfast as I wake up at 11am (lunch at 12:30pm though) these days.

But on normal school days, 4 Weetbix with milk everyday (yeah I love it plain), 5 if I have an exam/SAC that morning.

4 Weet-Bix and full-cream milk.

Quick and easy to make, cheap, filling and healthy. I see no reason to ever deviate from this.
