You guys legit had about 3 or so hours to post if you were offended with a choice between either Thursday or Friday, and only one person did, and they said they can't do Friday. SO, the official date will be:
THURSDAY THE 20TH OF FEBRUARY Where: meet at the Crepe place (Carte Crepes) then go to South Lawn! If you are a Jaffy you can find it here

When: 12pm meeting time, undecided end time. If you're going to be late, you can contact me, or find us on South Lawn (unless I post a change of plans in this thread on the day due to weather).

Hi, let's all meet up and bond over how great we are for going to the best uni ever/just being generally the best people ever/not going to Monash more specifically. Yayyy. SO...LET'S DO LUNCH! Depending on how many people are interested in attending we could go somewhere on campus for lunch [to be decided on]...if too many people are interested, we might just meet in a public area/garden and purchase lunch from Union House and hang out away from a proper eating establishment with more room to accommodate.
El2012 suggested crepes which is a nice idea I think! We could just get them then eat on South Lawn!
The meet will, despite tradition, not be in O-Week because I am organising it and I have classes in O-Week. So, I propose sometime next week but the exact day is up to you! I'll only be able to come for ~1 hour but the running time is up to the rest of you!
Post below if you're interested in coming, post any ideas for a location if you have any and please vote in the poll and let me know what day works best for you! If you can do multiple days please select all of the ones that you can do
and if you definitely can't do a day but really want to come, maybe post below, so I can try to accommodate for you! Please try to vote by Friday so that we can organise a time in advance.
PS: for jaffys, you are welcome to attend as well even though you haven't officially started or even entered O-Week! For those of you that don't know me I am simpak and I would love to meet you all!
