Yeah like waftj said, drinking a warm cup of milk works pretty well but another way I guess is to get rid of all your thoughts, if that makes sense
. Our brain tends to rethink about the events that's happened during the day, but that is very annoying because it makes your brain stay alert, which means you can't fall asleep
But yeah, thinking about it, it has been quite hard for me to fall asleep too these few days, probably just too much thinking, haha 
Yeah, I do tend to start thinking too much when I am in bed about JMSS and the imagining what the day and pressure will be like. Thanks for the help

Try meditation. I'm not going to give you a wall of text saying how because you can easily find it on the internet, but meditating helps me to fall asleep when I can't fall asleep very easily
