Well, its not that scary. I got nervous a couple of days before.....but when you arrive, the results and the stuff you do is really fun, so after the group activities, ur actually not as nervous as before (that's my opinion).
I think all interviews you would normally share your thoughts and stuff especially when the interview is probably about ur passion on science.

How long was the one on one interview and what were the other activities like. Where they made to be impossible or was it possible. And about the 3 percent of the school, does 3 percent have to get in

The one on one interview depends on what you have to say. For me, I don't think I did very well on it as I forgot to mention a lot of stuff that would show my knowledge and passion on science, so my interview was pretty short.
It was probably impossible to finish the group activities due to the short amount of time, but thats probably not what they mark you on.
About the 3% rule, I just didn't bother worrying about it, coz thinking about how many people going to the school would just put me off, so Im not sure about that.
Lol something I'm still wondering about though, is if anyone's figured out the cutoff/ bench mark for the jmss test.

Every activity had a teacher supervision.
The order:
Ice breaker- mini game in your group so u know each other
group activities
problem solving and then the interview
