Places to Eat On Campus...

Looking for places to eat on campus~ Sick of having to travel into the city but am wondering if there's anywhere on campus I can get vegan AND gluten free food (vegan with an allergy to gluten) besides the co-op. Was having the veggie curry at Egg Sake bistro but recently my order got cross-contaminated >_<

I'm know Zambrero does vegan options, not 100% sure about the gluten though. Worth a ask!

Thresherman's might have improved, but a few years ago they got a huge fine (I think around $250,000) for a very severe outbreak of food poisoning.

There's a thai place on Berkeley Street called Middle Fish that seems to do quite a lot of vegan/GF/vego dishes.  About $15 per meal.

Not quite $250,000 - it was only $22,000 :P

You might have been referring to all the restaurant fines from that period combined: http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/victoria/poor-food-hygiene-has-resulted-in-almost-240000-in-fines/story-e6frf7kx-1225911148632

But yeah they've certainly improved since then.

Oh oops  :P good to know they have, because I quite enjoyed eating there but I stopped because of the fine

My usual haunt is Haymarket Place and they know me too well there now D:  Reason being is that it is directly opposite the side exit of Doherty >.>  They usually have some vegan stuff though eg quinoa salads and the like.
Dax is the best and dear to my <3 forever but rarely vegan!
