Just need help with these questions, ty.

-What is the main difference between  Autocratic and Consultative management styles?
-If Bob needs to communicate the formal procedure of the company to some new employees at a call center in relation to handling difficult/rude customers. justify which management style that should be used.

Autocratic style utilizes top-down, manager to employee communication where employees don't usually get to communicate with higher-level managers whereas consultative utilities more open communication where employees are able to discuss ideas and concerns with managers. In Autocratic the managers will always make decisions usually without the employees input while in consultative, the employees opnions are taken into account and the managers make a decision based on that information HOWEVER employees are not discussing and making decisions with the managers as that is the participative style.

- I think bob should use the particpative style as it features more open communication allowing bob to easily communicate with his employees. With more open communication, employees are more likely to easily understand the procedures rather than if the instructions were said by an autocratic manager. Particpative also allows the employees to better communicate and pass on concerns of rude customers back to the managers so they can handle the situation.
