hi, 2 weeks ago i had surgery on my stomach and last year i had an other on my knee and in both year i was doing a Unit 3 and 4 Subject, and each operation did and has affected my studies, so i will be applying for SEAS but what documentation will i need to provide exactly becasue i am completly muddled. thank you :)

A statement from the doctor explaining the surgery and commenting and potential educational impact usually suffices.
