No problems at all, I just wanted to make sure I was answering the right questions

In terms of any (legal or illegal) performance enhancing substances, I would be studying for:
- The very basics of how athletes consume it, nothing more.
- How specifically it enhances performance, and for which events/athletes/etc.
- Some of the potential side-effects.
- Some of the potential alternatives (esp. for illegal substances).
- That's basically it.
With everything I noted above, SACs sometimes go into more detail, so be on the safe side if possible.
Using caffeine supplementation as the example, I wouldn't worry about anything more than having a working understanding of roughly how many mg an athlete should take. I wouldn't worry about some of the tiny details either, such as what happens when someone takes it on an empty stomach, etc.
Does that help?
