No seriously, this is a clear appropriation of the album cover:

                   

Irrespective of that, I'd say this is a representation of what goes into our minds and comes out of our mouths. In this case, it's quite an optimistic visual as it suggests people are like light prism that are able to bounce around ideas, and then separate/refract them into a metaphorical rainbow (ie. good speech)

But I'd probably comment on the homage here, since it'd be tricky to avoid the connection. The use of such an iconic image might be particularly resonant to a certain audience, perhaps? Most of the analysis would be on the aforementioned symbolic level though. Maybe google the meaning behind the original Pink Floyd cover if you're really stuck :)
