How to minimise errors ?

I've been doing a lot practice exams, but I always seem to make so many small errors which decreases my score gradually to around 70s and 80s. I'm trying to aim for a 40+ study score, which is probably around 90 + on the exam. Tips on how to eliminate small mistakes?

What sort of errors? Like misinterpreting the question.. data entry..? If you meant entering the transactions incorrectly, I have the same problem. For questions that require multiple entries, I would use highlighters to classify them into different categories of transactions (such as expense items, revenue items, asset items and all that) and also indicate which journals they should be in. This can be quite time consuming but it should make everything appear more organised rather than just a clutter of text and numbers.
