Living longer isn't available anymore it seems. ;( And I think you're right about POPH30002, I think I got caught up in it since it seems like UNIB20007.

Whoa what? why'd they get rid of it?

i think the subject will still be available because we are getting emailed to do the subject experience survey

They could just be doing that if the subject is brought back later on in the future.
I remember doing a SES for "vision: how the eye sees the world", but it hasn't run since the year I took it :(

It's also important for the teaching staff (promotions etc can be based on SES surveys.)

They should tell us this when SES season rolls around, I'm sure a LOT more angry students would participate ;)

I'm becoming fairly certain this is the subject I'm going to take for breadth: https://handbook.unimelb.edu.au/view/2015/UNIB30004

I just thought I'd ask if anyone has done this subject or knows someone who has and could provide me with a little more insight (particularly what the "computer based exercises" are). Thanks. :)

oh shit, time to demote some lecturers

I'm pretty sure that's exactly why they don't tell students  ;)

Sex Ed: Advanced

Well, kind of, but it seems to tie in a fair bit with the reproduction parts covered in BIOL10002, which was my favourite part of the subject.

If it's anything like BIOL30001, I would advise against it.

A few people have said not to do reproductive phys. What is so bad about it?

Well there doesn't seem to be a strong physiological focus to the subject, so hopefully it will be OK.

Can't go into any detail now as I have a test tomorrow, but i'll be writing a subject review on it.

Apparently it starts off OK, but then gets pretty shit. Not well organised either I've heard.
