Really worried about tomorrow

Okay, sorry for another thread like this, but I'm really really worried right now and I've found that advice from you guys actually really helps put my mind at ease.
I need a 25 in English as a requirement for my course, but I'm aiming for 30-5+ for score reasons.
Throughout the year I've achieved mostly low A's with several A+'s and have been ranked most likely second in my class (definitely not below that at least). I'm not sure about the other English classes however, and my teacher told me she put in my indicative grade as an A (equal highest in my class).
I've been averaging 18/20 on practice essays I've been giving to my teacher, but as I've said before however, my school is honestly shit, and so her marks are likely to be significantly higher than those a VCAA examiner would give (I assume??)
So, to achieve a 35, I'd need to average about 15/20 tomorrow, correct? How hard IS 15/20 on a VCAA exam? a 30 would be about 13/20, and a 25 an 11/20, correct? how about these scores?
Sorry again, I know these questions are vague and hard to answer, but again I'm just really worried and would appreciate any advice or recommendations at all. Thank you so much guys!
(I've attached a sample Section A essay, in case anybody would like to get more of a grasp on my writing ability. To see it clearly you'll probably need to click on the image and then click on "view raw image", on the bottom left).

I always found it useful to think of these marks in separate parts, since you actually get marked twice, each time out of 10 (scores are then added, assuming no major discrepancy between the marks).

So, 8-10/10 is high, 4-7/10 is medium and 1-3/10 is low. So, using what you've given (can't comment on their validity), to get a 15/20 you'd need to write a medium-high standard piece for each section. To get a 13/20, you'd need to write a strong medium standard piece for each section. Then, for the 11/20, you just have to perform average.

Don't stress too much - I got a B on my English exam after similar marks to you in the SACs (my marks were slightly lower than yours, granted SAC scaling will possibly punish you more than it did me), and I walked out with a 34. As long as you go in calm, well-rested (hint hint) and give it your all, you should be fine.

Okay, there were a lot of numbers in that OP. Stop thinking about numbers. Any time you spend in the exam thinking 'oh my god, this is only worth a 5 not a 6 and my L.A. isn't worth a 7 to make it up so that means I can't score more than a 25 because it's a Wednesday and 29 is a prime number' is wasted time.

All you need to know about numbers is that you can always drastically improve your SS with a solid exam performance, but that's not going to happen if you're panicking about the end result while you still have an opportunity to change it.

There's a link in my sig to some general Tuesday advice which might help set your mind at ease :)
Best of luck for tomorrow!

Thanks guys, I'm just the kind of person that seems to worry a LOT before things like this, but yeah, I'll definitely try to calm down and I'll take a look at your tips!! I edited my post to link to an actual essay I wrote in case thats any help?? I'm just hoping an average to decent score isn't too unreachable.
But yeah, thanks again guys, I appreciate the advice!

Heres the link to my sample essay again btw, I know it isn't really reasonable to ask for a detailed assessment or anything, but just an indication whether or not this is terrible, or will definitely fail spectacularly to get me even close to a 25 would be amazing! http://tinypic.com/r/eqcgi1/8
