All of the following statements with respect to the Cardiovascular responses in a human practical class are correct except for:

A. On an ECG, the time between the commencement of ventricular excitation and the end of ventricular repolarization is measured from Q to the end of T.
B. The time taken for action potential spread over the entire ventricular myocardium can be approximated from R to S.

Which do you think is correct/incorrect?

Also plz turtle exam is like 16 hours from now : (

Actually, I think A is incorrect. Q->R = electrical signal just travelling down His, and then from R to S is the actual ventricular excitation? What do you think?

How'd everyone find PHYS20009 today?

I can see why Deanne doesn't release her past papers... Same MCQs and "short" answers recycled haha.

Pregnant women Q was a bit tricky... luckily the hypothesis+mechanisms Q for it wasn't worth much.

I'm sure you guys did great!
Ooh I don't remember a pregnant women question being in last years research phys paper! I think they add 1 or 2 new questions that aren't from past papers.

I thought the paper was actually very fair. I'm hoping to scrape a H1 for this subject!! I just hope I get lucky with the exam mark and thermoreg!!
I think the questions were all the same - just the question scenarios are renewed every year :P

Can't complain with human physiology tbh, some easy q's, a sprinkling of hard questions but doable overall. Im not sure about research I waffled so hard. One of the questions was write a hypothesis and there was like 50 lines of writing space, srs.

It actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. However, I did have a massive headache so I left 30 minutes early. Some really tricky questions - integrated neurons and CV questions and all that would have tripped up a lot of people. I thought the exam was fair though. Hopefully can H1 :((

Agreed. I thought the worst questions was the one with Neurons + CV baroreceptor reflex integrated together. The rest of the exam was quite do-able especially the first page and reproduction.

LOOOL that question - 3 marks for hypothesis with 15 lines. I probably used 2 lines at best.....

Would you guys agree that the RBP exam was at least 80% repeated from past papers? haha
