Section A china was perfect

Section b Russia was also all g

Overall quite happy, although I did refer to the society for the study of Marxism as being developed because of May 4th, 1919 when it actually got started 1918...Oops. Oh well, it was a minor point in my response, hopefully a mark lost.. And I said the Karakhan manifesto was July 28, 1919, when it was July 25... Hopefully that doesn't cost me a mark :// does anyone know how many marks you can lose and still get a 50, do you just have to full-mark it? A revs student can dream haha, don't judge me, just wondering

I definitely think this years
France Section 1
Russia Section 2
was quite easy..... a bit too easy. I think it's going to be tough this year.
Lol, I'm wondering the same thing, i said War communism was 1917-1921, when in fact it was 1918-21 :( as if man, like i knew this. also stuffed up dates for Red terror, foreign intervention and civil war. Hopefully not too many marks.
Or maybe I'm hallucinating and I did put the right dates. OH well!!!
CONGRATS EVERYONE ON COMPLETING REVS THIS YEAR!!!

I'm fairly sure last year 157/160 was a 50. So you can really only drop one mark.

Section a - Russia

Section b - French

The image for Russia had heaps of detail i thought. ;)

The image for French was boring  8)

The Russian document was really good, i regret not doing it. :-[

But the French document suited the historians i remembered. :)

Sec A France was good, except for the period of time for 3c. Did not revise early AoS2 enough, so got some points down but not nearly as insightfully as I would have hoped. The document did suit my historiography knowledge though, which was helpful.

Sec B Russia was okay. Quite enjoyed the essay topic. I thought it was the teensy-est bit less straightforward than it could have been, but this left it more open to discussion which I enjoyed.

So glad the exams over! LOVED the content of the revolutions, disliked the actual exam process. Was halfway through Sec B when I realised I just wasn't enjoying writing the responses, while in other subjects I don't actually mind the exams if I've prepared enough. Should have just accepted my place as a maths/science kid.

@ras: How did the clash go for you with revolutions and specialist?

Here I was thinking I was the only poor soul who had to put up with the clash.

Omg the clash. I had spesh first, what about you?

So I felt all smug having done spesh already (although having done sub-par) and knowing what was on it and was then escorted into a study room and was not allowed to make eye contact with anybody on the way which was awkward because a couple of people probably thought I was giving them the cold shoulder. I never realised how short a time an hour is between exams, I had so not recovered by the time I got to revs. All in all it was an interesting and tiring experience, and I'm glad that it's all done :D

How did it go for you??

If I wrote my responses in black, but to indicate that I was using extra pages I wrote PTO in red does the scanner not pick that red pen up? thanks!

I did spesh first too! The hour in between was awkward with the supervisor trying to make small talk but, it's true, an hour never went by so quickly. It definitely wasn't long enough to recover particularly since revs and spesh are both heavy exams. As soon as I got home I went into hibernation mode. Unfortunately I still have the englang exam.  :-\

Glad it went okay for you! :D I wish there wasn't a clash in the first place though. It's not really fair. But then they say life isn't fair, don't they?

I had a clash, too. Did History first. Absolutely killed me for specialist. The best thing was the grand entrance and exit I made while everyone else was in the exam room, and had to wait for me.
