I have tutored in the program for the last couple of years. I guess from my perspective as a tutor, the students were all pretty motivated and from a wide range of backgrounds, and a lot of people made many new friends. Very good social environment, many like-minds and very stress-free for students.

I'd say the program doesn't pitch at a very high level (in the context of those who really want to go ahead on the holidays and in comparison to programs such as TSFX) but seemed to do a good job at consolidating knowledge that is essential for year 12. Just nailing the basics and learning some yr12 material too.

Well, it really depends what you're after. What do you want out of your summer?

I would say I'd want to have an understanding of the 3/4 courses i'm about to enter, particularly a head start for unit 3 and notes that I can refer to throughout the year in order to consolidate information. What do you suggest?

I'd go with TSFX and other organisations like Connect Ed and NEAP. Each has their pros and cons and each is "better" at certain subjects.

eg. I found TSFX to be excellent for physics. I'm sure if you search around you'll find general consensus on whatever subjects you want to pursue (or make a new thread, your choice).
