I believe they're all $20. The spesh notes covered the entire course, although I'm not too sure about the methods one.

There is (on my phone at the moment and don't have it with me) but breaks are every 45 minutes for 15 minutes and there's a 45 minute lunch break :).

instead of 180 between 230.
