UQ or Flinders University for Medicine?

Hi!
So my question is pretty self-explanatory but can someone please give me their opinions on the two universities and their medical courses? (University of Queensland and Flinders)

Which one is "better" and why?

I have friends at UQ who really love it. I can't speak for Flinders.
