Preparation for Units 3 and 4

(Sorry for any inexperience, i am a new user to ATAR Notes and i apologize for posting in the wrong section/thread/area.)

Hey guys, I've just got some questions in regards to Legal Studies Units 3 and 4:
1) For someone who did fairly well in Legal Studies units 1 and 2 in year 10 ( A+,B+,B+,A+ for semester 1 and A+,A+,A+,A+ for semester 2), what are my chances of achieving a high score in units 3 and 4? Are the VCAA exams drastically different to your average school's mid-term and end-of-year exams (I go to a public school but only one exam of mine was created by my teacher, the rest were from QAT's , Enhanced Learning etc. )?
2) If i follow my normal study routine (rote learning, critical analysis of mistakes, pedantic documentation, consistent memorization, focus on structure/ answer of questions and answers), will i be able to do fairly good (40+) or would i need to up my game and stock up on extra forms of learning (practice exams, summary books, extra help from a tutor)?
3) Anyone know how difficult a 50 study score is? anyone get that score? if so, were you in year 11 or year 12 and how did you tackle dealing with the near-constant sacs, tests, quizzes and exams?

thanks for your time :)

Hello,

From my experience in Psychology, the school created exams and the 'education company' exams are easier and focus more on definitions and facts than the VCAA exams which I found to focus more on understanding and ability to apply knowledge.
