Question about Biomedical Science course structure

I have gotten my hands on most of the textbooks which are required for the courses BMS1011, BMS1021 and BMS1031 and have been wanting to start studying and preparing early. However, since there is a lot of content, I'm confused as to where to begin. Does anyone know if there is a way to find out specifically what we will be studying throughout the semester or know what topics we will be studying because you have already studied the course in a previous year?

There's honestly not much you can do to prepare other than just look over basic biology, chem and physics fundamentals. Biomed is very different from highschool science in terms of content so it's really just best to wait for semester to start to get into the thick of it.

Textbooks always cover more information than is taught in any unit so it's not always helpful to focus too far outside the set curriculum. Ask around for past unit guides of the units you're taking as they outline unit content in fair detail (you may also be able to email the unit coordinators for these). The handbook entry for a unit will also give you a general idea of the content, albeit a fairly unspecific one.
