English Oral Help - Paramedics pay dispute

Hey guys,
Feedback for our orals end on Thursday and my teacher hasn't even given our drafts back. Could someone please help me go over the speech in private?
Or please just give me some pointers on what I should touch on, I know my structure was a little off, seeing as I couldn't any arguments and that the whole situation is practically over. My contention was that paramedics deserve to be paid more.

I had the same issue in Year 12 and it can be so frustrating! Feel free to DM me, I'm happy to have a look at it for you and give you some pointers :)
