Not forgetting that the highest that you could if you didn't get A+ scaled SACs would be a 46 (provided you got an A for your SACs that is)

For something like chem, if we think about it (maths coming in, spoiler alert):
85/100 for SACs (High A) + 100/100 (exam) = 185/200 = 92.5/100
a 45 would generally something like 97/100 + 90/100 = 187/200 = 93.5/100

So yeah, it would pretty much be ~46.

But for Maths,
88/100 for SACs (High A) + 200/200 (would be 240 but scaled to 200) = 288/300 = 96/100

a 47 last year was 99/100 + 190/200 = 289/300

So yeah, you could potentially get higher, depending on the year
