does anyone know what's the absolute minimum ATAR to receive in order to secure a place in Bachelor of Biomedicine Melbourne University?

Without Access Melbourne: ~98.95
with          "            "       : ~96

These values can change from year to year, but those are fairly good estimates. You can find out if you qualify for Access Melbourne here.
