Structures and Materials EPI Ideas?

I know this is a pretty common topic, and I apologise for having the question asked again.

Anyway, so my school's EPI is coming up, and I was wondering if anybody had some cool/mildly entertaining ideas to do a prac on?

At this point in time, I was thinking of measuring the amount of compressive ability of various densities of jelly (density change based on the concentration of gelatin mixed with water)? Thoughts?
