4 mark question; compare Judicial determination and mediation.

I have been told that in compare questions you're supposed to do similarities and differences, I can think of many differences however only one similarity.. That they both have an independent and impartial third party. Someone help pleaaaaaaaase

One similarity is fine. You don't need equal numbers of each.

But, you could also consider the fact that they are both used extensively by courts and VCAT; also, that their use in courts and VCAT can both result in a binding outcome (JD always; mediation 99% of the time).
