Making an ATARNotes Account

Hey everyone!
I'm not sure where to put this question but I'm asking this on behalf of someone else: I've tried to make an ATARNotes account and for some reason no activation e-mail has been sent to the e-mail address? Am I doing something wrong?

Hey!

We had this issue after the site change and it looked like it was fixed for a while but I've been getting support mails over the past few days... It's being looked at today, so hopefully fixed permanently :)
