4 Marks Compare an Collective and Individual Enterprise Bargaining Agreement

A collective agreement  is written agreement that is legally binding and is negotiated between an employer and the employees as a collective group (or a representative), setting out the terms and conditions of employment.

Whereas an individual agreement is a written agreement that is legally binding and is negotiated between an employer and an individual employee, setting out the terms and conditions of employment.

Would this suffice for 4 marks? Or do I need more information?

Hi,
What you have provided can only tell the examiners that your defining the different agreements, distinguishing the two. For a question with compare, you could try using contexts to show the uniqueness of each agreement.
For example, collective agreements are more appropriate for automotive industry, so that each worker can receive equal working terms and conditions. For individual agreements, it would be suitable in the real estate industry, as rewards like commission can be individually determined by the company and employees, which can also be rearranged based on their performances.
By providing examples and applying them to the theory would allow the examiners see your understanding of each agreement and to be able to identify its similarity and differences.
