Statement of marks advice
« on: August 19, 2009, 09:25:36 pm »
I got my statement of marks today. I got 65.5/73 for Chemistry. Can somebody tell me if this is:

a) a good A+ (like is it high?)

b) will it get me above 45 with hopefully another A+ on the end of year exam?

Let me know! Your thoughts are appreciated.
Raw Scores:
Psychology 50 | Mathematical Methods 49 | Further Mathematics 49 | Accounting 49 | Chemistry 44 | English 43
ATAR: 99.75

89.7% pretty sure that's an low - mid A+. Well done!!!

Keep that up or do better than that and you could be looking at 43+

what score did you need to get on midyear exam out of 73 for a study score of 45 then if 65.5 is a low-mid A+

If that's a low-mid A+ then maybe 68ish...but to me 65.5 is 8.5 above the A+ cut-off (and 7.5 below full marks) I would say it's a mid-A+.

I actually wanted to die when I opened it up this afternoon.
99/146.
One more mark and I would have been at 101, low A.
But no, I get the high B+ instead.
Why didn't I write down 'three'?  I will forever ask this question...
I knew it.  I knew it.
