SEAS Application question

Hi, I am applying for a SEAS application and am eligible for Category 1 and Category 3 for Family Tax Benefits.
For Category 3 it requires a supporting evidence for Family Tax Benefit, on the application it says that a hardcopy of the document must be sent to VTAC is it possible for me to upload it online rather than sending it.

No, it is not possible to upload it online. My counselor at my school gave me said either to mail it or take it directly to the office in the CBD

Thank you!!
My careers teacher told me to upload it online but on the website it said to send it, so I was a bit confused.
Just to confirm, when I send it do I just write my name and vcaa number and the relation to the person receiving it

EDIT: It says supporting document upload on the VTAC website is that for something else

On the document it self I think you are meant to write your name and the relation but you attach your cover sheet to it and mail that in as well. Your cover sheet has a barcode and some other information on it. You can find them in one of the tabs in your VCAA account.

For example, if your mum receives the family benefit tax A, you write on the top of the document. - MOTHER OF __________

I wrote my name on top of the document. Then i wrote below "person who receives this benefit is my mother", was that okay?

If it's clear enough, then it shouldn't be a problem.  :)

Is there any way to know if what we sent was satisfactory?
