Are they worth doing? Does anyone know whether it helps if you want to achieve a really high score in further? or are they just ridiculous?

I've only done one set (2009 Exam 1 and 2), but they were pretty ridiculous. One of the questions in core even asks "which one of the following graphs best describes the relationship y = 3logx +5" with no context whatsoever  :o (#KilbahaPls?)

You'll probably need some methods knowledge to 40/40 it, but you should be able to get a perfectly fine score (say, 33+? taking a few silly mistakes into account; 38+ if you're really comfortable with your modules). Similar thing for Exam 2, 50+/60 should be achievable for most people if they're meticulous in how they go answering the questions.

Do Kilbaha if you're looking for a challenge. But if you feel like doing a really hard exam but knock your confidence...don't do it! A lot of the questions aren't really that similar to VCAA... :)
